Excellent location with superb staff
fantastic location friendly staff rooftop restaurant good therapy
the hotel had a fantastic location close to many sights and public transport options. i found the staff to be super friendly and helpful offering local tips. the rooftop restaurant offered great food and a wonderful atmosphere. the pool and sauna provided good therapy after long days of sightseeing.

i adore how central the hotel is, practically on top of everything. the staff are helpful. i liked the coffee shop in the lobby. our room's tiny balconette was darling.
the walls are thin. i could hear trams and other guests.

Okay Location, but Some Issues
small room limited options
The room was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped, ESPECIALLY with luggage. i also found the noise from the street to be quite disruptive. The tram ran at all hours. sleeping was a challenge. The breakfast was also a letdown. The options were limited and not very appealing.

wonderful stay!
great location helpful staff
The hotel has a great location near many restaurants and shops. it is also close to the tram stop, a very useful feature. i found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating ! breakfast had fresh products. I especially liked the variety.

The pool area looked good even though i did not have time to use it! i observed that the hotel features a unique orient express theme. It creates a nostalgic atmosphere. the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

The hotel features a rooftop restaurant. It offered great views (i even saw many birds from up there). The breakfast had a large selection of local dishes. The staff provided tips for local activities.
